Most of my earliest memories involve watching my single mother work in restaurants and the hustle of a dinner rush. After moving to Colorado at the age of 5, the only place that felt like home, was with her making desserts in the kitchen. The smells of (Stuff from Riley Menu) bring me back to those moments. When I create those sweet treats for all the loved ones in my life now, I hope to give them that same feeling of joy that I felt as a child. My passion is bringing my roots as a queer Latina to every recipe I create.

When I am outside of the kitchen, I spend time fighting with dragons. That phrase applies to multiple things, my time playing D&D with friends and bringing my dogs to the park to run around.
